Responsibilities
Initiate discussions, define processes, get alignment from different teams
Lead the strategy, structure, and execution of the enterprise Data Governance program
Partner with business leaders to identify outcomes and problems using modern problem-identification and design-thinking approaches
Translate outcomes and problems into data-driven objectives and convert them into actionable technical initiatives
Qualification
Required
8–14 years of Overall Experience with Strong exposure to Data Governance Projects
Deep experience facilitating problem-identification workshops and outcome-definition sessions
Strong understanding of data management domains (metadata, quality, lineage, privacy, MDM)
Ability to convert business needs into measurable data and technical requirements
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders
