Designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications for mission-critical Financial Systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of C/C++ development experience
Expert level proficiency in C and/or C++ (C++11/14/17 preferred)
Prior experience in FinTech, trading systems, payments, or financial platforms
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization
Strong knowledge of memory management and performance tuning
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
Hands-on experience with debugging tools (gdb, valgrind, perf, etc.)
Familiarity with network programming, IPC, or messaging systems
Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
Preferred
Knowledge of low-latency systems, HFT, or real-time processing
Exposure to FIX protocol, market data feeds, or exchange connectivity
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Python or scripting languages for automation and testing
Understanding of financial instruments, risk, or trading workflows
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
