In this role, you’ll manage commissioning workflows, perform testing and validation, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently from project kickoff through turnover.

Responsibilities
Support commissioning plans, test procedures, and field execution
Perform functional testing of electrical/mechanical systems (HVAC, power, emergency systems, controls)
Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and owners to resolve issues
Review submittals, drawings, and commissioning documentation
Prepare detailed reports and maintain project tracking
Qualification
Required
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
2–5+ years in commissioning, construction, or building systems engineering
Strong problem-solving and field troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Preferred
Experience with mission-critical, data center, or large commercial projects is a plus
