SharePoint Developer
Seneca Resources is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer / Power Apps Developer to support the Client's IT Support Services contract. In this role, you will design, develop, administer, and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions that enable enterprise collaboration and workflow automation across the shipyard.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, lists, libraries, content types, and site collections in SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments
Administer SharePoint environments, including user permissions, security controls, and governance practices
Configure and manage SharePoint sites, document management systems, and collaboration solutions
Develop and automate workflows using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Power Automate
Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions, including Canvas apps and Model-driven apps
Create and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and integrate with data sources such as SQL, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party APIs
Connect Power Apps solutions to multiple data sources and implement business rules within applications
Develop client-side solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular in conjunction with SharePoint and Power Platform
Build custom integrations using REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Power Apps issues, including performance optimization and error remediation
Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure solution stability, security, and availability
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or similar)
Seven (7) years of experience as a SharePoint Developer or Power Apps Developer
At least three (3) years of specialized experience developing and administering SharePoint solutions and Power Apps applications
DoD Level II Certification (Security+ or higher)
Seven (7) years of relevant experience as described above
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer
Other relevant Microsoft, SharePoint, or Power Platform certifications
