The Key Client Specialist acts as the first point of contact for General Agency point of sales representatives and back office personnel, managing application records and paperwork submissions to ensure compliance and timely follow-ups.

Responsibilities
Build application records electronically as required for all general agency submitted applications
Manage paperwork submission from the general agency to the compliance unit for Financial Advisors (FA)
Update records as case progresses, completing follow up to inquiries to and from the general agencies
Assist with management of SLA and cycle times for all cases
Qualification
Required
Ability to work somewhat independently within a teamwork framework
Keyboard and PC proficiency, accuracy and speed
Ability to learn quickly, both processes and systems
Proficient with analytics
Understanding of privacy regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA and PHI
Knowledge of and compliance with insurance regulations including E&O
Strong customer and interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication and phone presentation
Dependability and punctuality
High school diploma or equivalent
