Manager of Paralegal Programs
Fox Rothschild is seeking a Manager of Paralegal Programs to work directly with the Chief Practice Services Officer. The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development for paralegals.

Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process for all levels of paralegal hiring, including sourcing candidates, resume screening, scheduling of interviews, and conducting phone and in-person interviews
Maintain applicant tracking system in UltiPro, including posting open positions and working closely with the Human Resources Assistant to maintain active job postings
Collaborate with Human Resources to arrange for temporary employees and to ensure active agency agreements are in place
Support the onboarding and off-boarding process, including drafting offer letters, reference checking, entering and monitoring background checks
Facilitate new hire orientations for paralegal(s)
Coordinate paralegal performance management processes
Evaluate feedback data, identify trends and recommend actions to address performance concerns
Sourcing and drafting materials including, but not limited to, save-the-date, invitation, agendas, presentations, and related material for use during session/event
Coordinate resources including, but not limited to, retreats/summit rooms, Teams scheduling, distribution of training materials, management of trainers and all related scheduling
Schedule and track training session attendance for all participants in learning management system (LMS)
Assist with annual budget preparation and tracking for events
Assist with miscellaneous projects, as needed
Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field required. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Must be a highly motivated, personable self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully, many with tight deadlines
Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management systems
Excellent organizational and interpersonal relations skills; strong internal client focus
Ability to always maintain confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Demonstrated experience in coordinating the activities or tasks of people, groups and organizations
Excellent presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to be proactive in tailoring communications effectively for different groups and stakeholders. Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension
Ability to undertake and manage large projects with effective use of firm resources
Assess, adapt and reprioritize projects quickly when situations change, as well as following through on issues in a timely manner
Ability to use standard office equipment, including personal computer, copier, scanner, telephone, etc
Working knowledge of basic employment law, including recruiting practices
Familiarity with time recording software, time recording procedures and drafting billing descriptions are also needed
Strong computer skills and a familiarity with litigation support applications and document management software
Ability to multi-task and manage moving deadlines, as well as synthesize and analyze large quantities of information
Preferred
Paralegal Certificate or ten (10) years' work experience as a paralegal is strongly preferred
Minimum of five (5) years' experience supervising processes and/or a paralegal program in a corporate setting or a medium-to-large sized law firm or similar environment
