Responsibilities
Provide data-driven pricing proposals to internal stakeholders based on account profitability goals, industry trends and competitive landscape
Demonstrate the ability to provide analytical insights and partner with appropriate stakeholders to pursue growth opportunities and address areas of improvement
Develop executive-level presentations that gain alignment on pricing analysis and display strategic rationale behind potential financial impact
Deliver customized pricing strategies to shippers during negotiation processes
Perform ongoing assessment of financial impact of pricing forecast versus the actual results
Provide insights to the business through analysis of competitive pricing, packaging or bundling strategies and customer buying patterns
Develop, maintain and ensure accuracy of pricing data inventory used for analysis and contract execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in business/economics/stats/mathematics/related field or equivalent experience
Exceptional Excel (or Google Sheets) and Data Management Skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Minimum 2 years of pricing, analytics, consulting, data science, business intelligence, Supply Chain or related experience
Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred
SQL expertise
Supply Chain or 3PL / 4PL experience
Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly root cause issues
