This role is pivotal in operationalizing Finance strategies and ensuring that priorities are met and commitments are delivered on time.

Responsibilities
Partners directly with Finance executive leadership to drive execution of the Finance strategic plan, annual priorities, and key initiatives
Translates leadership direction into clear action plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Tracks progress on strategic initiatives, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and gaps
Leads and manages high-priority, cross-functional Finance projects on behalf of Finance leadership
Establishes and maintains project plans, governance structures, and communication rhythms
Coordinates across Finance teams and enterprise partners (IT, Operations, Quality, Marketing, HR, etc.) to ensure alignment and execution
Supports Finance leadership in identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, reporting, and workflows
Manages implementation of Finance technology initiatives and process improvements
Acts as a central point of coordination for Finance initiatives that involve multiple leaders or departments
Develops and maintains strong relationships with senior leaders, directors, and key partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, finance, business, or related field required
5 years of experience in project management, including 2 years in a strategic and/or complex operations environment, required
Preferred
Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
Experience in a healthcare or consulting organization preferred
