Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective solutions to maintain workflow continuity and minimize production delays
Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to drive permanent fixes and long‑term process improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues beyond core server/workstation scope, demonstrating adaptability and broad technical expertise
Collaborate with Test/IT teams to review, validate, and optimize factory test scripts
Participate and lead reviews to identify root causes of test anomalies
Qualification
Required
Strong technical expertise in hardware and software testing – skilled in burn‑in, functional, and diagnostic test methodologies for complex PC systems
Root cause analysis and problem‑solving ability – adept at investigating test failures, identifying systemic issues, and implementing permanent corrective actions
Cross‑functional collaboration skills – proven ability to work with engineering, diagnostics, IT, and sales teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Process optimization mindset – focused on enhancing test efficiency, reducing cycle times, and ensuring seamless introduction of new products into manufacturing
Minimum of 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's degree; or equivalent manufacturing test engineering experience
Preferred
Experience in continuous improvement
Experience in driving innovation in manufacturing test environments
