Systems Analyst
Endurance IT Services provides Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity Solutions, and they are seeking a Systems Analyst I to support Access Management and Workforce Mobility within their HHS IT Solutions division. This role involves operational support, analysis, and project-driven enhancements for various health and human services applications.

Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day Access Management operations for 46 enterprise and state/federal systems
Elicit and manage role‑based security and access requirements using HP ALM
Manage service requests and incidents in ServiceNow
Maintain the team’s Knowledge Management System (KMS) in ServiceNow
Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iPads, iPhones, and MacBook Air devices
Contribute to designing and implementing mobile application solutions for 70+ HHS programs
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, CJIS, PREA, and other regulatory frameworks
Assist the Business Analyst with work‑intake development and project discovery
Document business processes using BPMN and create process models
Perform analytical assessments such as SWOT, GAP, and Root Cause Analysis
Collaborate with Business Applications and Data & Analytics teams to design user‑centric mobile applications
Develop and execute test plans, including UAT scenarios and scripts
Validate functionality, security alignment, and user experience prior to deployment
Contribute to device lifecycle replacement projects
Assist in the rollout of new mobile solutions, telehealth capabilities, and tele‑case management technologies
Support department-wide innovation projects such as cloud document management, workforce mobility initiatives, and eSignature implementation
Provide guidance to Business Application Specialists, Support Technicians, and interns
Promote knowledge sharing and process improvement within the HHS Solutions team
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in systems analysis, IT support, or related junior‑level technical roles
Foundational understanding of business analysis, system requirements, and process documentation
Ability to learn and support Access Management concepts and role‑based security
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a regulated environment with sensitive data (HIPAA, FERPA, CJIS, PREA compliance awareness a plus)
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow, HP ALM, MDM platforms, or BPMN modeling
Exposure to mobile application design or enterprise mobility management
Familiarity with health and human services programs or government systems
