Assistant Project Manager
Gardiner & Theobald is an independent global consultancy offering a range of services to the construction and property industry. They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to provide project management support and manage construction-related tasks while developing core skills in the design and construction industry.
Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of the construction industry and construction methodologies
Develop understanding of logistics operations and formal project management methodologies
Assist with:
Setting meetings and the preparation of meeting minutes and agendas
Request for Proposal development
Project schedule development and management
Levelling of consultation and construction proposals
Attending internal and external meetings
Project task and action tracking
Additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Proficient in Google Suite
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Preferred
1-3 Years of experience in the industry preferred, not required
