Partner with engineering and design teams to develop AI agent capabilities, translate user needs into workflows, and think through edge cases that matter
Learn to code, practice prompt engineering, and help define the rules that make LLMs deliver reliable outcomes
Communicate across internal and external teams
Qualification
Required
3-7 years experience in top 20 Accounting firm (open to Audit, Tax, advisory etc.)
Open to straight out of practice at Senior and above, or very keen on industry/in-house experience in a VC backed startup
US CPA or Masters in Accounting
5 days per office in Flat-iron
Genuine interest in AI and partnering with Engineering teams
End-to-end financial statement audit experience across 20+ clients
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, high-energy presence
Ability to translate complex accounting concepts into clear explanations
Strong prioritization skills and process-oriented mindset
Curiosity about building from first principles with engineers
