Lead and coordinate endtoend Gen2 onboarding activities
Provide hightouch whiteglove support for large enterprise customers WebXT Office
Partner with engineering and vendor teams to track progress and remove blockers
Maintain onboarding playbooks checklists and communication workflows
Analyze telemetry to quantify issues and measure customer impact
Build customer funnel visibility progress tracking and migration analytics
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership insights
Support continuous improvement of data quality and reporting automation
Qualification
Required
8-10 years in Program Management Customer Success or Operations
Strong analytics skills across telemetry KPIs and customer signals
Excellent communication and crossteam coordination abilities
Experience working with vendor teams and multiworkstream programs
Stakeholder Management

Preferred
Background in cloud platforms migrations or SaaS onboarding
Proficiency in analytics tools Excel Power BI
