Responsibilities
Support enterprise risk assessments, product and process risk reviews and related activities
Programs manage cross‑functional efforts, working with stakeholders to gather, organize, and interpret business information
Synthesize complex information into clear narratives, summaries, and presentations for leadership
Conduct research and data analysis and prepare dashboards and materials for decision-making
Provide operational support for planning, budgeting, meetings, and event coordination
Qualification
Required
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Language proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
Strong initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to manage diverse tasks
Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Ability to synthesize information and tell a cohesive story through power point slides and written materials
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI tools
Payment industry, banking, fintech or technology experience
Experience in risk, finance, or project management
