Qualification
Required
Strong administrative and executive assistance skills, with the ability to support management and team members effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette and the ability to interact with clients and internal staff
Ability to collaborate with coworkers and provide support across departments as needed
Experience with QuickBooks and ADP is required, including familiarity with basic accounting, payroll, and administrative financial processes
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, invoicing, data entry, and record keeping
Strong clerical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and efficiency in an office setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in administrative, accounting, or office management roles
