Responsibilities
Generative AI: Develop and implement Generative/Agentic AI use cases inside business processes/workflows across logistics
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret diverse data sets to address business challenges, identify causal relationships, and generate predictive insights. Proficient with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and data‑warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks Data lake, and DEEP
Statistical Methods & Decision Support: Use advanced statistical techniques and traditional modeling approaches to quantify variance and support business decisions. Tools may include Tableau, Palantir, Power BI (AI Insights), Databricks, AWS, and Azure
Business Case Development: Build business cases and develop complex analytical models using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI AI Insights, and Databricks. Create and validate predictive models (e.g., linear/logistic regression, time‑series forecasting)
Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards, reports, and visual analytics to communicate data‑driven insights and advise stakeholders on strategic opportunities
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, finance, and product teams to source, evaluate, and implement analytics and AI use cases that advance business objectives
Job Contribution: Serves as an expert‑level contributor, applying broad and deep expertise to resolve complex issues. Leads major initiatives with strategic autonomy, influences executive‑level decisions, mentors junior staff, and contributes to long‑term organizational planning. Performs highly complex analytics work, builds advanced business models, and delivers recommendations that influence multiple organizations and business lines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics) preferred
5+ years of relevant experience including statistical modeling, Generative AI implementation, automation, business case creation, and cross functional collaboration
Proficient with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and data‑warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks Data lake, and DEEP
Use advanced statistical techniques and traditional modeling approaches to quantify variance and support business decisions
Build business cases and develop complex analytical models using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI AI Insights, and Databricks
