Responsibilities
Lead executive-level discovery to uncover the •real• business problem—linking process pain, cost leakage, risk, and executive incentives before proposing any solution
Apply Business Process Excellence (Lean / Six Sigma) thinking to rapidly understand, simplify, and challenge end-to-end processes before introducing AI, automation, or technology
Own upfront ROI and break-even analysis, including effort, cost, payback period, opportunity cost, and margin impact—before any commitment is made
Actively say “no” or redesign initiatives that lack clear economic justification, measurable impact, or executive ownership
Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CFOs, and business leaders, framing transformation as problem-solving—not technology selling
Establish ROI thresholds and success criteria that determine go / pivot / stop decisions during execution
Monitor value realization and course-correct early when programs drift from agreed economics or outcomes
Identify expansion opportunities by spotting adjacent problems, replicating proven high-ROI use cases, and extending impact across functions or business units
Use delivered outcomes to build data-backed cases for reinvestment, multi-year roadmaps, and account growth
Balance client ROI and Techolution delivery economics, ensuring initiatives are profitable, scalable, and sustainable
Influence stakeholders with clarity and conviction, grounded in data—not opinions or hype
Qualification
Required
10+ years in client-facing leadership roles such as Program Manager, Client Partner, Engagement Lead, Management Consultant, or Transformation Advisor
Demonstrated ownership of ROI, business cases, and value realization across AI, automation, digital, or large-scale transformation initiatives
Hands-on Business Process Excellence experience (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) with the ability to rapidly assess processes and quantify improvement potential
Proven ability to build CIO- and CFO-level trust, including confidently challenging client assumptions and priorities
Track record of account expansion driven by outcomes, not quota-based selling—identifying problems, framing value, and enabling reinvestment
Strong financial acumen with practical experience in break-even analysis, margin awareness, and opportunity cost evaluation
Comfort operating across industries, focusing on problems and economics, not domain labels
Executive presence with the ability to handle curveballs, navigate ambiguous conversations, and steer discussions back to value and impact
