Responsibilities
Develop and refine strategies to achieve program objectives tied to legacy network retirement and financial performance
Lead and execute projects aligned with achieving cost reduction and contribution goals
Drive cross functional teams to meet project specific targets and milestones
Build and maintain a pipeline of initiatives that contribute to overall program goals
Identify, escalate, and remove barriers preventing cross functional teams from achieving success
Clearly communicate program progress, financial impact, risks, and status to both leadership and execution teams
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated project management experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Financially savvy, with experience developing and evaluating business cases
Ability to clearly discuss financials and articulate the value and impact of work performed
Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts
Track record of delivering results across multiple organizations or functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
5+ years of related experience
Certification is required in some areas
