Senior LevelNeerInfo Solutions is seeking a SAP Program Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of projects. The role involves leading projects from initial proposal through completion, managing project teams, and ensuring successful delivery and implementation of innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities
Lead the project(s) from beginning to end, from initial proposal through completion, to provide our clients with innovative high quality solutions focused on their business needs
Build and manage the project team, schedule assignments, monitor and review deliverables of project teams and ensure successful delivery and implementation
Experience working with large IT ERP programs
Execute end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles
Hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs a big plus
Hands on experience in handling global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs required
Work closely with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for success of overall engagement and delivery
Lead engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk
Lead business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation
Design and manage complex SoWs and contracts including change management
Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs

SAP engagement and project management experience
Must have executed end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles
