Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end RPA project delivery using UiPath
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
Design and develop scalable automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Monitor and maintain deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
Prepare documentation including solution design, test plans, and user guides
Qualification
Required
Lead end-to-end RPA project delivery using UiPath
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
Design and develop scalable automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Monitor and maintain deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
Prepare documentation including solution design, test plans, and user guides
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath tools
Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or other programming languages used in UiPath development
Experience with REFramework and custom workflow development
Knowledge of RPA best practices, governance, and security
Experience integrating UiPath with external systems via APIs, databases, and web services
Preferred
UiPath certifications (Developer / Advanced Developer / Solution Architect)
Experience with other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA solutions
