Project Coordinator
MHW Search has partnered with a Dallas-based real estate owner and developer, focusing on mixed-use and retail projects. The Project Coordinator will support construction, tenant coordination, and project administration across an active real estate portfolio, ensuring well-executed project management.

Responsibilities
Process and track vendor invoices related to capital projects and landlord work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contract terms
Coordinate contractor pay applications, lien waivers, insurance documentation, and compliance tracking
Assemble and maintain bank draw packages and supporting documentation
Prepare and manage construction contracts, consultant agreements, and related exhibits
Draft and distribute tenant-related notices, including delivery and possession correspondence
Maintain tenant tracking logs, including lease terms, occupancy status, and construction milestones
Partner with property management teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Work with development accounting to reconcile project budgets, invoices, and expenditures
Support financial and project reporting by providing documentation and status updates
Assist project administrators and managers with contract administration and compliance oversight
Provide general project coordination support as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a project coordination, tenant services, construction, or development support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Clear communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience working with a general contractor, developer, or owner's representative strongly preferred
