Sales Development Representative

ClinicMind is a healthcare technology platform serving outpatient practices, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to source, qualify, and convert demand into high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for their Account Executives. The role focuses on top-of-funnel activities such as prospecting, educating, qualifying, and booking meetings for closers, with a core mission to maximize SQLs.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations and multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social)
Book meetings (discovery calls/demos) for Account Executives and ensure clean handoffs with high-quality notes and context
Qualify leads using consistent criteria to ensure they’re ready for sales engagement. Common qualification criteria include fit/pain + barriers (budget/authority/need/timing) as described in BANT-oriented SQL qualification guidance
Maintain accurate activity and lead-stage data in CRM (every touch, outcome, next step)
Partner tightly with AEs to refine ICP targeting, objection handling, and handoff quality
Provide feedback loops to Marketing on lead quality and conversion patterns (what becomes SQL vs. what doesn’t)

Required

1–3+ years in a metrics-driven SDR/BDR or inside sales role with documented performance (quota attainment, meetings held that convert, pipeline contribution)
Comfort with high-volume prospecting and disciplined follow-up (phone + email + social)
Strong discovery and qualification skills (you can identify needs and match to solution, not just pitch)
CRM competence and hygiene (clean notes, stage management, outcomes tracking)

Preferred

SDR experience selling into healthcare / outpatient practices (e.g., practice owners, admins, billing leaders, office managers, clinical leadership)
Familiarity with healthcare workflows and buying realities (multi-stakeholder decisions, operational pain, revenue-cycle sensitivity)
