Improve data quality, analytics, and learner experience
Guide stakeholders on the right tech and learning strategy
Manage documentation, standards, and governance
Qualification
Required
Experience with enterprise LMS/LXP (Workday, Cornerstone, Degreed, etc.)
Strong SCORM/xAPI + learning analytics knowledge
Hands‑on experience with AI in learning
Ability to design scalable, tech-enabled learning solutions
Excellent consulting & stakeholder communication skills
