Responsibilities
Drive improvements across key performance indicators (KPIs): return rate, damage rate, claim rate, RMA cycle time, reverse logistics cost per unit, recovery rate and contract compliance
Lead customer onboarding to ensure standardized contracts, compliance, and clear loading documentation
Collaborate with sales and finance to refine and optimize the flat damage rate program
Use data‑driven insights to reduce operating costs, increase productivity, and enhance the customer experience
Collaborate with Sales and Transportation teams to assess freight‑collect strategies, return freight schedules, and policy impacts
Streamline chargeback processes to address non-compliance efficiently
Apply industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into reverse logistics activity across channels, distribution centers, and customer segments
Facilitate monthly returns reviews with Last Mile team to identify trends and performance insights
Act as liaison for returns support across Last Mile, EDCs, D2C, CEC, and Warranty teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong analytical skills with basic understanding of statistics and supply chain processes
Minimum 5 years of experience as business analyst or data analyst
Advanced experience in the use of the Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Communicator, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Power user of SAP and WMS preferred
