Responsibilities
Gather and document requirements for in vivo studies or R&D workflows
Support Benchling configuration (schemas, templates, workflows, registry, inventory)
Create user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
Coordinate UAT, document defects, and validate solutions
Partner with scientists, product owners, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption
Assist with data model definitions, data migration, and integration-related activities
Qualification
Required
Benchling Core is a required skill
Business Analyst Experience
5+ years as a BA in Life Sciences R&D
Should be based out of PA and should be able to travel to office 3 days/week
Experience with Benchling In Vivo or Benchling Core (Registry, Notebook, Inventory)
Strong understanding of experimental or in vivo workflows
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Benchling Invivo is Preferred skill
Experience with API-driven integrations
Exposure to scientific data standards or FAIR principles
Familiarity with animal study workflows (dosing, groups, observations, biometrics)
