Akkodis is seeking an Electrical Test Tech for a 2-year W2 contract position. The role involves preparing thermocouples, performing safety checks, documenting failures, and assisting in testing as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare Thermocouples
Prep units with thermocouples and perform safety checks
Documenting failures in FRACAS and results in TR system
Move engineering samples between the test area, preparation area, and storage areas
Assist in compressor or calorimeter testing as needed

Required

Associate's degree or Military equivalent or High School Diploma
Thorough understanding of test equipment
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Attention to detail and time management skills
Knowledgeable of multiple test procedures
Proficient with Microsoft office products
Strong understanding of products (operation and failure modes)
Physical ability to move large appliances
High proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel
