Desktop Support Analyst
Gotham Technology Group is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join a high-performing, collaborative team in a dynamic onsite environment. This role focuses on providing high-quality end-user support for hardware and software in a Windows environment, while managing IT equipment inventory and assisting with user access management.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Serve as the first point of contact for end-user support across Windows 10/11 environments
Triage, resolve, and document support requests using Zendesk (or similar ticketing systems)
Deliver white-glove support to executives and internal team members
Assist with conference room and basic AV setup and troubleshooting
Manage onsite IT equipment inventory, including imaging, deployment, and shipping for new hires and replacements
Support Microsoft 365 applications and business-critical software
Assist with user access and device management using Okta and Microsoft Intune
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and support procedures
Participate in ticket queue rotations and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required

1–3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate or professional services environment (open to more experienced candidates)
Strong customer service skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Clear and professional verbal and written communication
Ability to follow processes, document work, and escalate issues appropriately
Basic understanding of networking and enterprise IT environments
Preferred
A+ certification preferred
Familiarity with ITSM practices and support documentation
