Responsibilities

Providing IT support service troubleshooting both hardware and software issues in mixed environments that include workstations & laptops (SIPR, NIPR, CENTRIX, STAMIS, etc.)

Supporting services for mobile devices and A/V equipment

Managing extensive working knowledge of Active Directory, OS delivery methods (Altiris Deployment Solution, SCCM, etc.), and Tiered Help Desk approach

Utilizing work ticket tracking solutions (Altiris Help Desk, Remedy) and providing networking support and VTC support
