E-Commerce Admin Assistant
Ultimate Staffing is seeking an E‑commerce Admin Assistant to support their eBay operations. The role involves creating and optimizing product listings, managing order processing, and responding to customer inquiries while assisting with general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Create, edit, and optimize eBay product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, and item specifics
Research competitor listings to support pricing and listing strategy
Manage daily order processing, including printing labels and updating shipment information
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low‑stock items
Respond to customer questions, messages, and return requests professionally and promptly
Assist with product photography and basic photo editing for listings
Identify listing errors or issues and correct them to maintain compliance with eBay policies
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and follow up on customer inquiries
Maintain organized digital files and listing documentation
Support general administrative tasks as needed (data entry, spreadsheets, reporting)
Qualification
Required
No prior e-commerce experience required; training provided
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Basic understanding of online marketplaces (eBay preferred)
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Good written communication skills for customer messaging
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly
Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
Preferred
Experience with eBay listing tools (e.g., Seller Hub, InkFrog, SixBit)
Familiarity with product photography or simple photo editing apps/tools
Knowledge of shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
