Responsibilities
Source candidates using LinkedIn and other professional networks
Conduct cold calling and warm calling to engage passive and active candidates
Attract applicants through job board postings and targeted outreach
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Build and maintain long term relationships with candidates
Develop, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Evaluate candidates against job requirements and client expectations
Stay current on recruiting trends through professional development and industry resources
Qualification
Required
Strong recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing skills
Proficiency with Google tools including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Chat
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Comfortable using phone, Zoom, MS Teams, Skype, and similar platforms
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
2 + years of full cycle recruiting experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
