Support Technician Level II
Responsibilities
Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
5+ years of previous support desk experience required
Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
Ability to take ownership of support requests and follow through to completion
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with users and provide excellent customer service
Ability to document technical issues and solutions accurately
Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues
