Responsibilities
Create schematic symbols and ECAD library components
Develop copper pad footprints and solder patterns
Maintain ECAD footprints for mechanical integration
Review vendor datasheets and dimensional drawings
Ensure manufacturability and assembly compliance
Follow IPC standards and internal design guidelines
Use Siemens/Mentor PADS and AutoCAD Mechanical
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree + 2 years related experience
OR Graduate degree with 0–2 years experience
OR 6+ years relevant experience without degree
Experience with PCB library design
Familiarity with IPC standards
Strong attention to dimensional accuracy
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
