Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end integration architecture for Salesforce → Oracle Sales Cloud migration
Define canonical data models and transformation standards
Design API-led connectivity using MuleSoft best practices (Experience, Process, System APIs)
Architect real-time and batch integrations as required
Establish integration governance, error handling, and logging frameworks
Define security architecture (OAuth, JWT, encryption, certificates)
Build and deploy MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Anypoint Platform
Develop data transformation logic using DataWeave
Configure connectors (Salesforce, Oracle CX, REST/SOAP, DB, SFTP, etc.)
Support CI/CD deployment pipelines
Optimize performance and resolve integration bottlenecks
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
Support data migration strategy from Salesforce Sales Cloud to Oracle Sales Cloud
Ensure data integrity and synchronization during phased cutover
Design reconciliation and validation frameworks
Coordinate with functional teams to validate business process alignment
Partner with Salesforce, Oracle CX, ERP, and Data teams
Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers
Participate in design reviews and executive architecture discussions
Maintain and pursue continuing education opportunities, such as training and certification exams
Participate on internal projects
Provide expertise and help to others, as needed, on projects
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
7+ years of integration experience
5+ years of MuleSoft development and architecture experience
Deep expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Detail-oriented and ability to successfully drive projects to completion
Quick learner and go-getter
Ability to work independently
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
