Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish structured digital content —primarily website content—using a headless CMS

Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards

Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotional updates, and merchandising initiatives

Optimize content for user experience and conversion across product detail pages and key e-commerce touchpoints

Manage content approval workflows with regulatory, medical, legal, and privacy teams, advocating for business needs while ensuring timely and compliant approvals

Qualification

Required

Hands-on experience with Strapi or similar headless CMS platforms, including content modeling and publishing workflows

Exceptional attention to detail with a QA-focused approach and adherence to content standards

E-commerce experience, including product detail pages, merchandising workflows, and conversion optimization

Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

Comfort working in a regulated environment, including compliance processes and documentation integrity

Preferred

Experience with SEO best practices for e-commerce

Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Consistent attention to detail in high-volume content environments
