Responsibilities

Manage assigned IT projects and coordinate with all stakeholders from inception to completion to achieve desired outcomes
Work with the project team to identify and document project scope/charter, budget (where applicable), resources, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables
Establish meeting cadence for each project to ensure initiatives remain on budget and on schedule
Maintain project team accountability by tracking budgets, milestones, risk mitigation actions, issues, and task assignments; escalate issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish meeting agendas and produce meeting notes, status updates, and reports
Close out projects in a timely and organized manner, documenting lessons learned and finalizing essential documentation
Maintain an accurate master IT project list
Prepare project-related presentations and supporting materials for steering committees and strategic planning meetings
Work with IT Management and the SCDMV Project Management Office to develop, document, and standardise project planning, implementation, and management methodologies for agency adoption

Required

Active PMP Certification
5+ years of Project Management experience
3+ years managing enterprise-level IT projects
1+ year of ServiceNow experience
3+ years of budgeting/financial management experience
PMP (required)

Preferred

Experience managing system modernization initiatives
Experience working with State or Government agencies
Experience collaborating with external vendors
