Responsibilities
Provide expert support for Epicor ERP (Kinetic experience)
Design and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports
Troubleshoot and optimize Epicor across manufacturing, finance, and operations
Translate business needs into practical Epicor solutions
Advise on best practices, system configuration, and process improvements
Maintain internal ticketing system and client updates
Support integrations, data issues, and upgrades as needed
Qualification
Required
Epicor ERP experience
Manufacturing and/or distribution experience
Comfortable working directly with business users
Clear communicator who can operate without heavy oversight
Impactful and complex project experience (either as a manager or team member)
Preferred
Epicor Application Studio Expertise
Epicor Technical Core: BPMs, BAQs, Functions, DMT, CMP, EpicCare, EpicWeb, SQL, REST services, or integration experience
Costing and financial reporting expertise, SSRS
