Engineering Intern

The Engineering Intern will work with the engineering team to perform cable teardowns and analyze material composition, contributing to real-world applications of their academic studies.

Responsibilities
Conducting cable teardowns to document constituent material usage
Analyzing the amount of pull‑down on neutral wires as they move through the plant
Studying wire draw processes and measuring wire size as it exits the draw machine
Performing hands‑on physical work, including measurement and data collection
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2.5 GPA
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools
