Responsibilities
Managing consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud and hardship claims including initial review, entry into the firm's system of record, monitoring the status, and ensuring timely resolution based on firm and client directives and requirements
Monitoring for compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
Minimum (2) two years of experience in collections, compliance, quality assurance or complaint/dispute management is preferred
