Systems Control Technician
Solventum is a new healthcare company dedicated to improving lives through innovative solutions. They are seeking a Systems Control Technician to support production and facility operations, focusing on machine control, troubleshooting, and system improvements to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities
Supporting production and facility operations through machine control, troubleshooting, and system improvements to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
Maintaining technical expertise across plant equipment, including manual, automated, and facility systems
Designing and implementing equipment modifications, providing input on mechanical designs and performance improvements
Leading and supporting maintenance teams in troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep of production and facility equipment
Partnering with production, maintenance, engineering, and contractors to resolve issues and improve operational performance
Maintaining schematics, calibrate equipment and instrumentation, and train plant personnel on system and equipment changes
Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Qualification
Required
Possess or in the last six (6) months of pursuing a two (2) or four (4) year technical degree in a maintenance, electrical, electronic, or mechanical field
Five (5) years of experience working in a maintenance, electrical, electronic, or mechanical field
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
Ability to work 1st Shift (7:30am-3:30pm; Monday-Friday)
Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Preferred
Experience working with Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Analog and digital AC/DC drive systems, Pneumatic/hydraulic systems and/or Calibrations/metrology
Experience working with the following electrical diagrams: PLC logic, process flow diagrams, instrument flow diagrams and/or P&ID drawings
Experience working with electrical tools, test equipment and instruments used in industrial plant applications
Demonstrated skills in accurately estimating small projects with minimal guidance
Previous experience working as, for or with a System Technician, PE Technologist or Engineer on equipment enhancements
