Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support by coordinating daily and long-term staffing and scheduling needs in a healthcare environment
Develop and maintain accurate master schedules to ensure proper resource coverage across multiple units and specialties
Allocate staff resources efficiently to address operational challenges and staffing shortages
Review and process time-off requests, monitor payroll trends, and ensure accurate timecard coding
Utilize Kronos and Clairvia systems for staffing, scheduling adjustments, and workforce management
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a Staffing Coordinator or Scheduler in a healthcare setting
Experience supporting staffing for multiple units or specialties
Strong attention to detail with scheduling accuracy and payroll-related processes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
