Responsibilities

Work on real HR projects that support employees, leaders, and business teams
Rotate across different HR areas to learn how HR works end-to-end in a global organization
Use HR systems, tools, and data to help improve processes and our employee experience
Partner with teammates across HR and the business to solve problems and test new ideas
Take on stretch assignments that build confidence, skills, and professional judgment
Receive coaching, feedback, and mentorship from HR leaders
Learn how HR supports talent, culture, inclusion, and business strategy
Improving HR processes by using technology, automation, or new ways of working
Supporting initiatives that make HR services simpler, faster, or more employee-friendly
Contributing to employee experience, inclusion and culture initiatives across the organization
Helping teams analyze data, create insights, and make informed decisions
Supporting talent programs such as coaching, performance management, learning, or employee engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with graduation completed or anticipated between Spring 2025 and Spring 2026
Demonstrated curiosity and initiative through student organizations, academic projects, internships or part-time work
Ability to manage your work independently while knowing when to ask questions

Preferred

Willingness to try new approaches, learn from mistakes, and adapt quickly
Comfort learning and using new technologies, systems, or digital tools
Internship, co-op or project-based experience related to HR, business or organizational work
Interest in problem-solving, data, and process improvement
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Clear communication skills—able to explain ideas simply and collaborate effectively
A growth mindset and interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources
