Responsibilities
Lead all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, and GL
Consolidate and report financial results across entities
Prepare and present financial statements, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Develop and manage cost models and profitability analysis for operations
Ensure GAAP compliance, regulatory reporting, and strong internal controls
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, credit facilities, and working capital
Oversee financial systems and drive process improvements and automation
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
Advise leadership on financial strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA or CMA a plus
5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
Proven leadership and team management experience
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Transportation, logistics, or warehousing experience strongly preferred
Multi-entity or consolidated reporting experience preferred
