The Junior Patent Filing Project Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of patent filing projects, while learning project management skills and developing expertise in the patent filing and localization domain.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scoping, and gathering requirements for client projects
Support project scheduling and tracking to ensure on-time delivery
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to achieve project goals
Monitor budgets and assist in controlling project costs
Help prepare reports and maintain project documentation
Learn to identify and mitigate risks while contributing to contingency planning
Build strong working relationships with clients and team members
Actively seek ways to improve processes for better delivery and client satisfaction
Participate in training to become proficient in project management tools, systems, and methodologies
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or similar) or equivalent work experience
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exposure or interest about the patent filing and localization industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Experience in project management
Experience in financial management and budget
Energy and a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
The ability to work in large, diverse, virtual teams
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive and deadline-driven work environment
Ability to cope with high pressure caused by one or more project management elements such as quality, turnaround time, resource or budget constraint
Attention to details
Ability to learn and master quickly the technology, tools and processes required by the account
