Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle project management for complex, enterprise‑level initiatives
Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders
Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocations, financial tracking, and milestone reporting
Facilitate collaboration across business, master data, and IT teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
Identify risks early, build mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution
Deliver clear, concise, executive‑ready status updates and communications
Maintain compliance with regulatory, quality, and internal project governance standards
Conduct post‑implementation reviews and support continuous improvement
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project‑related inquiries, escalations, and stakeholder communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
PMP certification (required)
Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience leading large, complex projects
Experience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or finance
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Smartsheet experience (strong advantage)
Jira exposure (nice‑to‑have)
Experience leading cross‑functional teams without direct authority
Strong executive presence and ability to translate complexity into clear deliverables
Proven ability to work with senior leadership and diverse teams across the organization
