Qualification
Required
Experience in fundraising, sponsorship sales, business development, or enterprise sales
Existing relationships with brands, foundations, high-net-worth individuals, or mission-aligned organizations
Proven track record of closing five, six, and seven figure deals (philanthropic, brand, or partnership)
Strong ability to source leads independently and manage a full sales cycle
Exceptional storytelling and pitch skills, both written and verbal
Comfort operating in a commission-only, performance-driven environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability
Passion for film, storytelling, and social impact
Ability to work remotely and manage flexible, self-directed hours
Professional presence and credibility when engaging senior executives and donors
