The role involves maintaining and operating AV systems across various corporate environments, ensuring seamless support for events and technical assistance for AV-related issues.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment including projectors, displays, speakers, microphones, video conferencing systems, and control panels
Monitor and maintain digital signage systems across multiple floors
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on AV systems
Provide technical support for corporate events, town halls, and live broadcasts
Operate video switchers, audio mixers, lighting controls, and streaming platforms in production control rooms
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
Respond to AV-related service requests and incidents promptly
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across AV systems
Provide on-site support for executive meetings and high-profile events
Maintain accurate records of AV setups, configurations, and maintenance logs
Track inventory of AV equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed
Work closely with IT, Facilities, and Communications teams to support integrated technologies
Train end-users on AV system usage and best practices
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, IT, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in corporate AV support or live event production
Proficiency with AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, QSC, Dante, Zoom Rooms, and digital signage platforms
Strong understanding of signal flow, networking basics, and AV over IP
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and move equipment and work flexible hours as needed
Preferred
CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)
Crestron or Extron programming certifications
Dante Level 1 or higher
