Senior program and project leader (PMP-certified) with 20+ years of Project and Program Management experience and 10+ years in healthcare and health insurance experience delivering enterprise initiatives across medical, pharmacy, and provider systems
Extensive background in medical and pharmacy claims data, data integration, and large-scale analytics platforms, with advanced analytical skills to assess data trends and financial outcomes
Proven success in developing business cases, managing budgets, and delivering ROI-driven results while leading cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders
Qualification
Required
PMP certification (required)
10+ years of experience in healthcare project or program management
Strong background in health insurance, pharmacy benefits, or provider systems
Demonstrated expertise working with medical and pharmacy claims data
Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data trends and financial outcomes
Proven experience creating business cases, managing budgets, and delivering ROI‑driven results
Experience managing data integrations, data platforms, or large-scale analytics initiatives
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills
Preferred
PMP background and a particular focus on managing data integrations between medical and/or pharmacy claim based solutions
Explicit focus in the health insurance and/or provider related industries
Understanding of medical costs
