Servicing Specialist

Swoon is hiring for a leading Banking & Financial Services organization, and this will be a fully onsite position. The role involves supporting title release processes, analyzing operational performance data, and partnering with management to enhance operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

Perform title release processes according to SOP guidelines
Accumulate, analyze, interpret, and report operational performance data
Create, maintain, and administer reporting for assigned processes
Partner with team members on process improvement initiatives
Coordinate and participate in functional operations reviews
Lead and/or support projects impacting customer onboarding, process changes, and site initiatives
Build productive relationships across the line of business and shared service partners
Provide guidance to internal partners on established procedures
Assist with training and on-the-job support for team members
Identify potential risks, escalate issues, and recommend improvements as needed

Required

Experience in title release processes
Ability to analyze operational performance data
Experience in developing reporting for visibility into trends, risks, and opportunities
Ability to partner with management and cross-functional teams
Experience in supporting operational reviews and site-level initiatives
Ability to perform title release processes according to SOP guidelines
Experience in accumulating, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting operational performance data
