Responsibilities
Design and manage data security solutions (DLP, encryption, cloud data protection)
Protect sensitive data through classification, masking, tagging, and governance
Perform risk assessments and respond to data security incidents
Partner with IT and business teams to enforce data protection best practices
Support data privacy, compliance, and security reporting (KPIs)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of cybersecurity experience
Hands-on experience with data security, DLP, or encryption
Understanding of data classification and governance
Ability to assess and mitigate data security risks
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Cybersecurity certifications a plus (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, GICSP, etc.)
Preferred
5+ years in data engineering or database architecture
Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Active Directory, scripting (PowerShell/.NET), or SOC exposure
