Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of large-scale Byte BOH deployments, from readiness through stabilization
Build and maintain integrated program plans covering technology, operations, vendor execution, training, and cutover
Actively manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across parallel workstreams
Establish clear success metrics and ensure delivery against committed milestones
Lead and align cross-functional teams across Technology, Restaurant Ops, Finance, Security, Legal, and Franchise organizations
Drive accountability with external vendors and system integrators through clear plans and performance tracking
Adapt deployment execution to regional market requirements while maintaining global standards
Ensure technical readiness across BOH software, integrations, hardware, networking, and support models
Translate technical constraints into clear execution plans for non-technical stakeholders
Validate go-live criteria and oversee cutover and stabilization activities
Drive post-launch reviews and operational improvements
Provide concise, accurate program updates to senior leaders
Escalate risks early with clear mitigation options
Influence outcomes through data, clarity, and execution credibility
Qualification
Required
Experience leading large-scale deployment programs
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Strong autonomy in execution and decision-making
Capability to translate strategic objectives into executable programs
Experience in managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
Proven track record of establishing success metrics and delivering against milestones
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Ability to drive accountability with external vendors and system integrators
Experience adapting execution to regional market requirements
Technical readiness across software, integrations, hardware, networking, and support models
Ability to translate technical constraints for non-technical stakeholders
Experience validating go-live criteria and overseeing cutover activities
Experience driving post-launch reviews and operational improvements
Strong communication skills for providing program updates to senior leaders
Ability to escalate risks with clear mitigation options
Ability to influence outcomes through data and execution credibility
